Ricco S. McAdory is an Identity Leadership Speaker & Coach. He is the founder of Rise & Reign Leadership Academy, a Kingdom-based coaching company pioneering the future of apostolic leadership development. His mission: to help faith-based experts stop separating their faith from their profession and start operating from divine identity, not marketplace imitation.
